Electrical Construction Project Manager

EC Electric is seeking a Project Manager to handle full responsibility for various electrical needs, from marketing to project close-out and customer follow-up. The role requires a successful track record in project management, with a focus on profit, supervision, customer relations, and fiscal management. They will also need to provide detailed estimates, manage contractors, and coordinate the workforce.

Requirements

• 5 years of construction project experience in the regional market.
• DDC/Building Automation controls experience (preferred).
• Priorexperiencewithdesign/build (preferred)
• Superiorknowledgeofelectricalcodesandconstructionmethods
• Demonstrated ability to read, understand, and write contracts
• Experienced in writing detailed scope proposals
• Experience with software such as McCormick estimating software
• Strong computer skills - Excel, Word, and estimating software
• Excellent people, communication, and negotiation skills
