Job Description
EBANX is a rapidly growing fintech company focused on expanding access to payments in dynamic markets across the Asia-Pacific region. The Senior Manager, Regulatory (APAC) will be a strategic leader, building and maintaining relationships with regulatory bodies like the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS), and guiding EBANX's expansion into Southeast Asia and the Middle East. The role involves driving compliance, strategic planning, and ensuring EBANX's regulatory standing.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, and/or a legal function in Singapore
- Deep knowledge of Singapore's regulatory landscape (Payment Services Act, MAS guidelines)
- Proven experience in direct interactions and relationship management with MAS
- Successful track record of obtaining and maintaining financial services licenses
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business, or a related field
- Fluency in English
