Job Description
EBANX is a fast-growing fintech company looking for a Senior Manager, Regulatory to lead their largest and most complex regulatory market in Brazil. The role involves defining and executing a local regulatory strategy, managing a team, and acting as the primary liaison with Brazilian government authorities. The objective is to ensure EBANX operates legally and maintain its strategic position within the Brazilian market.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in regulatory affairs, compliance, or legal roles within the Brazilian payments, fintech, or financial services industry.
- Deep expertise in the regulations of the Central Bank of Brazil (BACEN) and the Brazilian Payment System (SPB).
- Strong leadership experience, with a track record of developing and managing teams.
- Experience in direct and strategic interactions with Brazilian regulators, especially the Central Bank.
- Ability to translate complex regulations into actionable business strategy.
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Economics, or a related field.
- Full professional fluency in Portuguese and English is required.
