Requirements

• Excellent written, verbal communication and customer service skills
• Successful completion of a pre-employment drug and background screening
• Ability to work a minimum five day work week including Saturday and Sunday plus early evening weekday hours
• Hold a North Carolina real estate license maintaining appropriate continuining education credits and hung with company Broker-In-Charge where state law require
• Must obtain provisional broker licensure, at a minimum, within 6 months from date of hire
