New Home Specialist

Eastwood Homes is a privately-held residential homebuilder seeking a New Home Specialist to generate new home sales and create a thriving neighborhood. As a New Home Specialist, you will be responsible for creating community marketing campaigns, demonstrating model homes, and facilitating contract documents.

Requirements

• 2-5 Years Sales Experience
• Excellent written, verbal communication and customer service skills
• Successful completion of a pre-employment drug and background screening
• Ability to work a minimum five-day work week including Saturday and Sunday plus early evening weekday hours
• Must possess a clean, dependable vehicle
• Proper business attire and personal hygiene required to represent company in a professional manner
