Requirements
- Achieve quarterly/annual goals through business generation of C&I, CRE, mortgages, SBA, treasury management, deposits, investments, and international and other commercial and consumer products offered through East West Bank
- Collaborate with regional and branch managers to develop customer-centric marketing plans
- Maintain a strong understanding of the bank's credit policy and client eligibility
- Actively participate in local and regional business functions
