Job Description
East Side House (ESH) is seeking a Group Leader for its Accion Academy After School Program. The Group Leader will design and lead enrichment activities for students, focusing on areas such as music, visual arts, media technology, dance, sports and recreation, health awareness, and community leadership.
Requirements
- Minimum High School Diploma or GED
- Some college preferred
- Experience working with young children in a structured youth program of middle school
- Ability to engage and lead children in small group activities
- Strong communication skills, strong organizational skills, excellent judgment, and ability to work in a team
- Competencies in Communication Proficiency, Team Building, Problem Solving/Analysis, Time Management, and Ethical Conduct
