Operations Manager

The Operations Manager will be responsible for the industrialization of products into a new Dyson category, managing a cross-functional team and a Joint Design Manufacturing partnership. The role will involve portfolio management, resource management, budget management, third-party management, and strategic and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Ability to communicate, negotiate and influence with senior leaders across various business functions
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Qualifications or detailed knowledge of PM and OM Industry tools
• Experience in a new product introduction environment
• Strong understanding of governance, including compliance, risk management, and regulatory frameworks
