Job Description
The Operations Manager will be responsible for the industrialization of products into a New Dyson category, leading a cross-functional team and managing a Joint Design Manufacturing (JDM) partnership.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM related discipline or other relevant subject
- Experience managing multiple projects in a manufacturing or operations role
- Knowledge of PM and OM industry tools, such as ISO13485 Medical, APQP, ISO9001, IATF16949, VDA 6.3
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to manage CAPEX budgets
- Ability to communicate and negotiate with senior leaders, and influence strategic and technical considerations
