Job Description
DV Group, a financial services firm owned by DV Trading, is seeking a Trader to work side-by-side with senior traders and actively engage with counterparties. This role involves core trading functions, including trade execution, pricing models, and managing trade exposures, with a focus on financial markets and commodities. The position emphasizes building relationships and expanding the firm's counterparty flows.
Requirements
- 2+ years of industry experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to articulate trade structures and risk exposures clearly
- Professional presence and business-first mindset
- Detail-oriented, organized, and diligent
- Strong understanding of math, probability, and statistics
- Proficiency in Excel and other programming/statistical tools a plus
