Job Description
Anchorage Digital is a crypto platform enabling institutions to participate in digital assets through custody, staking, trading, and other services. They are seeking an OTC Derivatives Sales Trader to connect clients with tailored crypto derivative solutions and drive revenue generation by leveraging their understanding of market dynamics. This role is part of a collaborative and high-performing team with the opportunity to contribute to the growth of a leading crypto platform.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of OTC derivative products (forwards & options)
- Proven experience in client-facing sales trading
- Demonstrable track record of building and maintaining relationships with institutional clients
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Solid understanding of relevant market regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Financial Engineering, Statistics, Economics, or related field
