Job Description
Dusty Robotics is an autonomous robotics company seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) focused on building qualified pipeline for Account Executives (AEs). SDRs will proactively engage with new prospects, book discovery meetings, and qualify leads via various channels. The role involves a balance of inbound and outbound prospecting, providing a key link between marketing demand and sales.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in inbound and cold outbound sales or sales development.
- Proven success in meeting or exceeding quota in an SDR or similar role.
- Experience with sales tools such as Salesforce, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo.
- Self-aware, coachable, and able to apply feedback in real time.
- Intellectually curious and excited to bring your own unique flavor to the SDR role.
