Requirements

• Minimum MBO work and thinking level, supplemented by a technical qualification
• Strong background in construction management, renovation, and sustainability
• Proven experience in project management, with a focus on renovation and sustainability
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
• Familiarity with construction management software and tools
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
