We are looking for a renovation manager to oversee the renovation of occupied homes in North Netherlands. The ideal candidate is a down-to-earth problem solver with a passion for renovation and sustainability, who can work in occupied conditions and maintain the overview between craftsmen, residents, supply chain partners, and clients.
Requirements
- Safety always comes first for you!
- You are communicatively strong; you switch between the team and the residents.
- A completed MBO or HBO degree in building science.
- You have >5 years of relevant work experience as (assistant) project manager.
- You have extensive work experience on various types of projects.
- You prefer to live in North Netherlands.
