We are looking for an energetic IT Service Manager to join our team in Rotterdam. As an IT Service Manager, you will be responsible for monitoring the quality of IT service delivery, ensuring SLAs and agreements are met, and coordinating collaboration between IT teams, service management processes, and external partners.
