Druva is looking for a Senior Sales Engineer to be a key technical advisor to customers in India. The role involves driving the technical evaluation stage of the sales process and working closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Support teams.
Requirements
- 7+ years in technical customer-facing roles
- 2+ years as a Sales Engineer
- Experience in SaaS/pre-sales with enterprise software solutions
- Strong knowledge of enterprise server backup technology and data protection
- Practical experience with SaaS applications (M365, Google Workspace, Salesforce)
- Hands-on knowledge of virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V, AHV)
- Familiarity with OS (Windows, Linux, Mac), Active Directory, SSO tools, and storage (SAN/NAS)
- Understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, VLAN, firewalls, routers) and cloud technologies (AWS/Azure)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, strategic thinker, fast learner in dynamic environments
- Results-oriented with strong prioritization and organizational skills
