Senior Staff Software Engineer - Engineering Escalations

Druva is the leading provider of data security solutions, empowering customers to secure and recover their data from all threats. As a Senior Staff Software Engineer - Escalations, you will be responsible for fixing product bugs and delivering code changes to the Production part of product reliability, resiliency, stability & sustenance for all Druva SaaS Customers.

Requirements

• 6-9 years of experience in a combination of Development and Sustenance roles
• Extensive hands-on experience in Go/Python/C/C++ on Unix/Linux or Windows platform
• Excellent programming skills along with Data structures, Algorithms, and Design Concepts
• Strong problem-solving skills and demonstrated ability to articulate and present technical solutions
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to develop and maintain working relationships at all levels, both with customers and internal stakeholders
