Job Description
DroneSense is looking for a Senior Platform Engineer to help build, monitor and improve our drone software platform for first responders.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building HA infrastructure on cloud hosted systems like AWS
- 3+ years of experience working with and maintaining kubernetes
- 3+ years of experience working with terraform
- 5+ years experience with Linux CLI
- Advanced knowledge of working with Rancher for Kubernetes cluster provisioning
- Solid understanding of and experience working with AWS services (including Lambda, VPC, EC2, RDS, CloudWatch, ALB)
- Proficiency with scripting languages such as Bash or Python
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Gitlab, Github Actions
- Experience with network infrastructure and network security
- Experience automating system configuration and provisioning (Terraform, AWS userdata, Cloudformation, Ansible, etc)
- Experience with nginx
