Job Description
We are actively looking for a HR Generalist for our new site in Ostrava. This role involves supporting the HR Manager to implement HR management functions, recruitment, and employer branding strategy. You will be responsible for HR admin, payroll, and employee queries, as well as supporting the HR Manager with projects.
Requirements
- Experience of working as a HR Generalist or a recruiter
- Knowledge of using an attendance system
- Strong numerical skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders at the same time
- Attention to detail
- Fluent in English and Czech
