Job Description
We are seeking an HR Generalist to support HR operations at our Debrecen site. As an HR Generalist, you will manage recruitment activities, onboarding, documentation, employee relations, HR administration, and support business leaders and colleagues in day-to-day HR matters.
Requirements
- University degree
- Valid driving license
- Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience
- Fluent English
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and responsibility
- Proactive, reliable, and structured approach to work
- Willingness to comply with internal standards, safety rules, and QHSE requirements
