Job Description
The Surveillance Operator will operate a closed-circuit television system to monitor gaming, non-gaming, money handling activity, and procedure compliance of the casino. The role also involves detection and prevention of fraud, theft, cheating, criminal activity, and procedure violations.
Requirements
- High school diploma or its equivalency required
- Proficient computer skills
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Ability to write routine correspondence and to speak effectively to the public, employees, and customers
- Must be able to be approved for and maintain a valid gaming license
