Security Dispatcher

The Security Dispatcher is responsible for receiving and prioritizing calls, monitoring radio calls, and ensuring adequate security staff respond. They also aid in making initial assessments of emergency or non-emergency situations and follow emergency procedures to disseminate information to key personnel.

Requirements

• Receive and prioritize calls, monitor radio calls
• Aid in making initial assessment of emergency or non-emergency situation
• Follow emergency procedures to disseminate information
• Maintain daily logs
• Fill in as needed as a security officer
• Promote positive public/employee relations
• Maintain a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment
• Consistently demonstrate excellent telephone and radio etiquette, and customer service skills
• Perform miscellaneous office duties
