District Sales Manager

District Sales Manager role at Downeast Cider. Develop, coach, and lead a team of Territory Managers to deliver exceptional execution and growth across New York. Lead from the field, driving accountability, hustle, and consistent results.

Requirements

• Manage a team of Territory Managers and support their professional growth
• Partner closely with the recruiting team to identify and onboard top talent
• Coach reps on sales process, route planning, account management, and execution
• Spend a minimum of 3 days per week in the field coaching and working alongside reps
• Achieve CE targets, distribution goals, and key performance metrics
• Reside within your assigned territory
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Ability to lift 25–40 lbs and work in retail/restaurant/bar environments
