Job Description
DotActiv is seeking a Retail Category Planner to create and optimize store layouts, maximize customer and category performance, and provide data-driven insights to clients. The role involves strategic assortment planning, data analysis, and customer consulting, with a focus on sustainable retail practices. The position utilizes the company's Category Planning Software.
Requirements
- 2+ years of similar and relevant experience in the Retail Sector
- Strong Interpersonal Skills
- Computer Literacy - MS Office
- Driver’s license and own transport
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (English)
- Team player
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
- Self-motivated and results oriented
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data analysis techniques
- High capacity to represent the DotActiv brand
- High degree of internal client engagement
- Consumer Science, Business/Marketing or Supply Chain related degree
