Job Description
DotActiv is seeking a Category Planner to join their team, aiming to deliver high-quality category management software and advisory services in the retail sector. This role involves creating assortment plans, floor space plans, and optimizing cluster planning using dotActiv’s software, providing strategic insights to clients. The position focuses on improving customer and category performance and leveraging data-driven decision-making.
Requirements
- Creative flair and ability to identify aesthetic/visual appeal.
- 2+ years of similar and relevant experience in the Retail Sector.
- Strong Interpersonal Skills.
- Computer Literacy - MS Office.
- Driver’s license and own transport.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (English).
- Team player.
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
- Self-motivated and results oriented.
- Must have a high capacity to represent the DotActiv brand as a specialist.
- You must have a high degree of internal client engagement.
- Consumer Science, Business/Marketing or Supply Chain related degree is a must.
