Job Description
DotActiv is seeking a Retail Category Planner to develop and implement assortment plans, floor space plans, and shelf plans based on data analysis. This role involves contributing to a dynamic environment focused on category management and customer performance, and is ideal for those seeking a strategic role with an innovative company. The role requires creativity, strong communication skills, and an analytical mindset.
Requirements
- Creative flair and ability to identify aesthetic/visual appeal.
- 2+ years of similar and relevant experience in the Retail Sector.
- Strong Interpersonal Skills.
- Computer Literacy - MS Office.
- Driver’s license and own transport.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (English).
- Team player.
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
- Self-motivated and results oriented.
- High capacity to represent the DotActiv brand.
- High degree of internal client engagement.
- Consumer Science, Business/Marketing or Supply Chain related degree is a must.
