Job Description
Dornier MedTech España is seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to drive growth and market expansion for their urology and medical technology products in Alicante, Castellón, Valencia (Valencia Region), Murcia, the Balearic Islands, and Tarragona. The role involves strategic sales, product demonstrations, customer engagement, and collaboration with various teams to achieve revenue growth and enhance market presence.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in medical device sales, specifically with consumable medical products.
- Proven track record performing product demonstrations in operating rooms and engaging with medical professionals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Experience with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- Fluent in Spanish and Catalan, with strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
