Requirements
- Culinary or Pastry Arts diploma
- Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Proven experience as Pastry Chef de Partie / Pastry A in a fine-dining restaurant or luxury hotel
- Strong knowledge of modern pastry techniques and dessert presentation
- Passion for gastronomy and creativity in dessert preparation
