Front Office Supervisor - Domes of Corfu

Domes of Corfu is hiring a Front Office Supervisor to oversee daily front office operations, ensure guest satisfaction, and manage a team of front office staff. The role requires leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
• At least 2-3 years of experience in front office operations, with previous supervisory or management experience in a Luxury hotel or hospitality setting
• Knowledge of Property Management Systems (PMS), such as Opera is preferred
• Knowledge of the English language, a second language will be considered a plus
