Front Office Supervisor - 91 Athens Riviera

The Front Office Supervisor at Domes Resorts is responsible for supporting the Front Office Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the front office, ensuring smooth guest check-ins and check-outs, supporting team members, to provide exceptional guest services.

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
• At least 2-3 years of experience in front office operations, with previous supervisory or management experience in a Luxury hotel or hospitality setting
• Knowledge of Property Management Systems (PMS), such as Opera is preferred
• Knowledge of the English language, a second language will be considered a plus
