Dock Supervisor - PT - $26.50/hr

Dohrn Transfer is seeking a Part-Time Working Dock Supervisor at our Peru, IL terminal. As a Dock Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing training, supervision, feedback, and discipline for hourly Operations team members, and ensuring optimal safety, performance, on-time service, cost control, and claims prevention.

Requirements

• High school completion or equivalent
• Valid Driver License
• Supervisory experience required
• Ability to work any shift
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong leadership skills
• Detail-oriented, organized
• Certification in forklift safety and hazardous material handling
