Job Description
We are looking for a Pre-Sales Engineer to support DocuWare's sales efforts by providing technical expertise throughout the sales cycle. This role involves partnering with sales teams, conducting discovery sessions, and providing tailored demonstrations to showcase the value and functionality of the DocuWare platform.
Requirements
- Partner with Sales and Channel Teams to support Authorized DocuWare Partners (ADPs) in technical pre-sales activities
- Conduct tailored software demonstrations and workshops for ADPs and prospective customers
- Collaborate with sales staff and professional services teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Deliver technical enablement sessions and training workshops for ADPs
- Lead technical discovery and qualification efforts, including needs assessments, gap analyses, RFP/RFI response and scoping of integrations or custom configurations
