[MY] Financial Planning Analyst

Job Title: [MY] Financial Planning Analyst, Full-Time position in Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia. The role involves driving FP&A processes, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. Collaborate with senior management to drive strategic initiatives and provide financial insights to support decision-making.

Requirements

• Minimum Experience: Manager/Supervisor
• 3-5 years of work experience in corporate finance, FP&A or business partnership
• Strong foundation in accounting and corporate finance
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills, including data visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau etc.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good command over Microsoft Office skills (Excel and Powerpoint are a must), a plus for familiarity with Google Workspace tools (mostly Sheets)
• Exceptionally detail-oriented and organized
• Genuine curiosity and strong desire to continuously learn and grow
• A do-er attitude – collaborative, entrepreneurial, not afraid to roll-up-your sleeves and go into the weeds
• A start-up attitude - you take full ownership of things that you do, willing to go out of your comfort zones and take on new challenges.
