Financial Planning & Analyst Manager (FPAM)

Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, prepare and deliver management financial reports, and identify financial risks and opportunities within projects.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, and/or Tax
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
• Experience in commercial or commercial operations
• Strong ability to analyze financial statements
• Ability to build and evaluate financial models, financial projections, forecasts, budgets, and variance analyses
• Understanding of strategic financial reporting, such as annual budgets, multi-year financial plans, KPIs, and performance insights
• Experience in gathering, analyzing, compiling, and structuring data to support business decision-making
• Familiar with Business Intelligence tools, data analytics and visualization, dashboards, and reporting tools
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Familiar with accounting software: Accurate, MYOB, and Zahir
• Knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and ability to handle audits
