Job Description
We are looking for a passionate Sous Chef or Sous Chefin for our production kitchen, where you will assist in menu design, produce high-quality dishes, and lead and train kitchen staff.
Requirements
- Proven experience as Sous Chef
- Understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Experience in kitchen and personnel management
- Accuracy and speed in handling emergency situations and providing solutions
- Good German and/or English skills
- Good MS-Office skills
