Requirements

• Professional experience in Japanese cuisine and preparation of traditional Japanese dishes and fine dining level
• Product and goods knowledge of Japanese cuisine
• Ideally completed vocational training as a chef/cook
• High service orientation
• Willingness to work shifts
• Good German and/or English skills
