We are seeking a skilled Chef with experience in Japanese cuisine to join our production department. The ideal candidate will have experience in cooking, production, and preparation of traditional Japanese dishes.

Requirements

• Professional experience in Japanese cuisine and preparation of traditional Japanese dishes
• Professional experience as sous chef, chef de partie, chef, chef/ chef de cuisine, junior chef in Japanese cuisine
• Product and goods knowledge of Japanese cuisine, Asia cuisine
• Willingness to work shifts
• Good German and/or English language skills
