Senior Passenger Services Agent Schiphol - 24 uur

We are looking for a Senior Passenger Services Agent to join our team at Schiphol. You will be the experienced point of contact on the ground, responsible for monitoring operational processes, coordinating the team, and guiding junior agents. You will also align with airline representatives and internal departments for a seamless passenger experience.

Requirements

• MBO 4 work and thinking level
• At least 1-2 years of experience as a Junior Passenger Services Agent
• Full experience with all aspects of passenger handling
• Strong communication skills in Dutch and English
• Flexible availability for shift work and living within 60 minutes of Schiphol
