As a Baggage Tracing Employee at dnata in Schiphol, you'll help passengers find their lost luggage, so they can continue their journey with a clear heart.
Requirements
- At least MBO level 4 in Aviation Service Provision or equivalent education
- Experience in a service-oriented function is an advantage
- Good command of Dutch and English, both orally and in writing
- Familiar with MS Office (Word, Excel, Teams) is an advantage
- Flexible and willing to work in shift work (early mornings, afternoons & nights), including at least two weekends per month
- Living within 60 minutes of Schiphol and at least 8 years registered in the Netherlands
