DME Express is a medical supply company looking for a Customer Service Representative to perform various tasks related to in-house communications with patients and verification of third-party reimbursement.
Requirements
- Answer incoming calls regarding order placement, product problems, service questions, order status and general customer concerns.
- Enter online orders from various online systems into our operating system for processing.
- Respond to patient/client questions and problems.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism with customers and patients.
- Maintain a neat, clean personal appearance.
- Promote teamwork among co-workers.
- Work a flexible work schedule (including weekends) on a predetermined, rotating schedule.
- Demonstrate timeliness, courtesy, sincerity, and patience with dealing with customers and patients.
- Perform other duties as requested.
