Job Description
Direct Counsel is representing an Amlaw 100 firm seeking an experienced Trademark Attorney to join its Trademark, Copyright, Privacy & IP Transactions Practice Group in one of its U.S. offices (Atlanta, Boston, Raleigh, or Winston-Salem). This position offers the opportunity to work on a wide range of complex intellectual property matters for leading clients across industries.
Requirements
- 5-10 years of active practice as a trademark attorney
- Significant experience with trademark clearance, prosecution, maintenance, disputes, and enforcement
- Experience in copyright and advertising law is a plus
- Must be licensed in the jurisdiction of practice
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Excellent academic credentials and a commitment to client service
