Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Trademark Attorney to join our Trademark, Copyright, Privacy & IP Transactions Practice Group in one of our US offices.
Requirements
- 5-10 years of active practice as a trademark attorney
- Significant experience with trademark clearance, prosecution, maintenance, disputes, and enforcement
- Experience in copyright and advertising law is a plus
- Must be licensed in the jurisdiction of practice
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
