Job Description
Direct Counsel is seeking a Trademark Associate Attorney to join a top-tier intellectual property law firm, working alongside nationally recognized trademark and copyright attorneys to protect and enforce brands across various industries.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of U.S. and foreign trademark counseling, clearance, and prosecution experience
- Experience in cease and desist correspondence, trademark enforcement, domain name disputes, UDRP actions, TTAB proceedings, and trademark issues involving social media
- Knowledgeable in copyright law and comfortable advising clients on related matters
- Active state bar membership and meet all CLE requirements
