Requirements
- Possess 2–3 years of U.S. and foreign trademark counseling, clearance, and prosecution experience
- Experienced in cease and desist correspondence, trademark enforcement, domain name disputes, UDRP actions, TTAB proceedings, and trademark issues involving social media
- Knowledgeable in copyright law and comfortable advising clients on related matters
- Hold an active state bar membership and meet all CLE requirements
- Demonstrate strong writing abilities, excellent academic credentials, and refined analytical skills
- Communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, and staff across diverse backgrounds
- Excel in a team-oriented environment and contribute positively to relationship-building
