Job Description
Digital Control Incorporated (DCI) is seeking a Culture and People Generalist in Kent, WA to join our small and dynamic team! We like to have fun and not take ourselves so seriously, hopefully you do to :)
Requirements
- 4-6 years of HR generalist experience with 1-2 years of that specifically in responsibilities mentioned within the requirements.
- PHR/SPHR or SHRM certification a plus.
- Able to handle and manage uncomfortable conversations and open to feedback.
