Job Description
The Retail Store Sales Associate will assist customers with product knowledge, maintain high standards of customer service, and contribute to the overall profitability of Blick's retail stores. Responsibilities include sales, merchandising, customer support, POS operations, and loss prevention. This role emphasizes teamwork and a positive attitude.
Requirements
- Exhibit exceptional teamwork, curiosity, and care.
- Maintain outstanding customer service and utilize product knowledge.
- Complete and utilize Blick Onboarding Training, Sales Training, Preferred Customer Program, and Special Orders programs.
- Assist in merchandising, visual standards, and store operations.
- Follow direction and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Follow retail attendance policy and safety rules.
