Retail Store Sales Associate

The Retail Store Sales Associate at Blick Art Materials will assist customers, manage sales, maintain store cleanliness, and ensure compliance with company policies. Responsibilities include customer service, product knowledge, pricing, POS operations, and loss prevention. The position requires excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.

Requirements

• Consistently delivers superior customer service.
• Completes and utilizes Blick Onboarding Training, Blick Sales Training, and Preferred Customer Program.
• Follows directions and prioritizes tasks to meet deadlines.
• Understanding of procedures for low stock levels and inventory discrepancies.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Valid High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 6 months of previous retail, sales, and/or customer service experience.
• Elevated Service Standards
• Competency as a People/Operations/Supervisory Responsibility
