Job Description
As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will be the connecting link between customers, planning, customs, and shipping. You will ensure that booked transports are efficiently and correctly processed in our systems and that internal departments always have access to the right information.
Requirements
- MBO-4 work and thinking level
- 2-4 years of experience in logistics, preferably with customer contact
- Strong topographic insight and cost awareness
- Excellent command of Dutch and English; German is a plus
- Handy with systems and Microsoft Office
- Proactive, communicatively strong, and work accurately in a dynamic environment
