- Follow and manage bookings;
- Monitor trucks via track & trace to ensure customer quality;
- Follow transports and adjust as needed;
- Proactively communicate with customers, colleagues, suppliers and external transport companies;
- Detailed logging of deviations to enable root cause analysis;
- Follow and update SOPs (standard operating procedures);
- Follow and update KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) together with the team;
