Job Description
As a Port Operator at DFDS, you will perform tasks as a Port Operator and manage administrative tasks, supporting with loading and unloading of goods, and receive and check goods on the terminal. We emphasize accuracy, problem-solving, and flexibility, and offer a dynamic environment with opportunities to grow and develop.
Requirements
- Can work independently as well as in a team
- Forward-thinking and eager to learn
- Basic knowledge of MS Office package
- Ability to work in shift mode (day, early, late, and night shift), on weekends, and on holidays
- Own car to get to the port
- Ability to handle Belgian weather conditions
- Strong safety awareness
- Good knowledge of Dutch and English
